Each contestant may submit a maximum of 2 image files to be considered by KPAC members for submission to a club sponsored competition.

Submit your images by midnight of the KPAC published image submission date.

CAPA File Naming Convention:

 {Firstname} {Lastname}-{Image Title}.jpg

Example: John Smith-Birds in Flight.jpg

Please use appropriate capitalization and only one “-” (hyphen) as suggested. Do not include any extra spaces or information such as numbers. CAPA clearly states that a maximum of four (4) words will be accepted for {Image Title}.

You may submit up to 6 images for a Showcase.

Submit your images no later than Sunday midnight before the Showcase evening.

• Other Requirements for your Member Gallery:
  • Profile Image: This is required for the Album Page. This image should be titled profile_yourname.jpg. The image should be 100x100px (head shot only) looking forward or to the left.
  • Profile Text: This should be kept short, no more than 75-80 words. Please be clear and concise.
