Here are some criteria that all participants should consider:

  • Image title should complement or contribute to the vision or message being presented in the image.
  • Judges will award scoring on creative vision and the story telling value of an image along with the pictorial quality and technical quality.
  • Judges will award scoring on innovation, creativity, and that ever important “wow factor”
  • Judges will award scoring based on the degree  that the image is within the scope of the theme.

In closing, let’s have a huge turnout for this final competition in 2022.  It has been a long, hard two years and photography has been difficult in the COVID era.  Nevertheless, come up with two images that demonstrate the greatness of this nation that we call Canada. Let’s come away with a big win.  Thank you KPAC members for participating in competitions in 2021/2022.
