Bonnie Pryce has kindly offered to host members at her vacation home at Heffley Lake for a year end get together. Bring any watercraft you like, such as paddleboards, kayaks, etc. Bring a swimsuit and towel if you like but the water will still be a bit chilly. Also bring your camera, a chair, your own drinks and meat to barbecue along with a potluck dish to share. The event begins at 1:00pm with the barbecue around 3:30 or 4:00. There will be 2 pop-up tents in case it rains but you may want to bring a rain jacket as well. There will be games such as ladder golf and bocce. And….Prizes!

Directions: Take Hwy 5 North to the Sun Peaks exit, turn at the Heffley lake store and go 13.1 km up the road towards Sun Peaks. Just past Little Heffley Lake turn right onto Lower Heffley Lake Rd. Bonnie’s place is the second in and it is a little green house with a garage. There are only 6 places on this road so it is hard to go wrong.
